This is the Pilot Freight Services International 9900 tractor with a 53' Dry van trailer. It is item #P2101344 by Tonkin Replicas in 1/53 scale.
This exquisite model is made high detail diecast metal with a few plastic parts, like the wood floor on the inside of the trailer. It also has moving rubber wheels. 
The hood opens to reveal the intricate detail of the engine.
Here is a shot of the engine from the side. You can see that the entire engine has been given great attention.
The grill and front bumper have all the detail you would expect from a Tonkin replica.
The top of the cab and the doors open to show the cabin. It has a detailed cabin and cozy sleeping quarters.
The cab is just as detailed on the outside as it is on the inside. It has realistic looking smokestacks, mirrors, wires, cables, and an excellent undercarriage and chassis.
The trailer features the Pilot Freight Services logos on the sides both ends. The trailer doors open to show the detailed interior.
The trailer features a functioning fifth wheel and hook ups.

As with the cab, Tonkin gave the trailer its due diligence. Even the undercarriage features little details that make all the difference.
