This is the Caterpillar 740B EJ Articulated Hauler from Norscot, model number 55500. It features an ejector body, and is excellently cast in 1/50 scale.
It is mostly diecast metal, with a few platic parts. It also features moving wheels with metal hubs and rubber tires. The tires even have authentic tread and the hubs have nicely detailed bolts. 
The cab is well detailed, inside and out. The front grill is textured to make it look more realistic and sports the CAT logo. Although the steps and handrails are plastic, they are still well detailed. The steps are two toned and have nice tread. The interior is also quite nice. It features two seats, and a detailed steering column and control panel.
The hitch is excellently articulated. Both the cab and bed rotates separately. The bed can rotate a full 180 degrees on either side. 
The bed is also well detailed, and entirely metal. The ejector blade moves quite smoothly, but is still stiff enough to pose in any position. The tailgate even opens and closes. 
The undercarrige of both the cab and the trailer chassis are admirably detailed. They are also diecast metal, and of excellent quality.

It even has working suspension in the rear.
