increasing arm controllability
due to less pressure loss
throughout, and this is reflected

model hydraulics, all of which
move so that you can see in
miniature the range of motion
and finesse associated with the ZAXIS870.

The “New ZAXIS is a fuel-thrifty excavator that can reduce fuel consumption by 4%” according to Hitachi. And while not all of us may have access to the engine of the real machine to see how this whole system works, we can get an idea by looking into the engine compartment of this replica through either the hatch on the front or the doors on the side!


 

 

 

The intricate details of the engine on the model reflect not only the raw power, but also the innovation and painstaking attention to detail that are keys to the success of this excavator.
