Here's the Caterpillar Grader, in 1/16 scale from Bruder. This toy is sandbox ready! 
The open cab provides easy access to the operators panel and controls inside.
In the middle, there's a two-sided adjustable leveling blade that raises and lowers to different heights via the turning knobs.
On the back of the machine, there a road rake, which is detachable and adjustable to a variety of heights.
On the front, it has a detachable leveling blade.  The steering operates via a centered front turning knob, and the tires are rubber with real tread.
