Let's look at a blast from the past! American Muscle has nicely replicated the 1937 Cord 812 Convertible in a beautiful red.

This particular convertible was featured as the Cover Car in the February 1965 issue of the Road and Track Magazine.

Item number: 1014
As you can see, this replica has a lot of opening and movable parts!

First, it has a moveable front suspension along with white wall tires and authentic hub caps.
The hood opens to reveal the detailed engine including the radiator, air filter, support brackets, and chrome-like exhaust pipes.

The front of the car features a chrome-like bumper and a "Road & Track" license plate.
This model is especially unique with its suicide doors and forward folding seats.
The detailed interior features felt-like carpet on the floorboard, as well as realistic pedals, steering wheel, and dash.

Let's not forget the chrome-plated door handles (inside & out) and window cranks.
The back-end is decked out with its own features.  It has a chrome-like bumper, exhaust pipe, gas cap, tail-lights, and a "Road & Track" license plate.  The trunk also opens to reveal a very spacious trunk.  What would you showcase in there?
Even the chassis has been given its fair share of time and attention, like the exhaust system that runs from the front of the car to the back exhaust pipe.
This red beauty has been constructed of diecast metal with only a few plastic parts like the bumpers and windshield wipers.  Don't cruise off today without your 1937 Cord 812 Convertible replicated in 1/18 scale from American Muscle.

Join us again next week, when we explore the features of another exciting model!
